Prayer Group
Prayer groups are a vital part of our Syro Malabar tradition, the groups allows community members to make closer bonds through prayer, fellowship and fun.
General Guidelines
for Parish Members
- All parish members should be members of one of the prayer groups
- Try to attend prayer meetings regularly
- Volunteer your time during your prayer group’s turns at church
- Open your house for prayer meetings
- The order of the prayer meeting –
- Prayer begins with a song
- Continues with the Rosary
- Bible reading & reflection
- Christian activities like devotional songs & dances, religious presentations, simple games, etc.
- Concludes with house blessing
