The Women’s Forum organizes a variety of engaging events throughout the year that enrich and strengthen our parish community. International Women’s Day is celebrated with inspiring talks, meaningful discussions, cultural programs, fun games, and refreshments that encourage fellowship and empowerment.

The Forum also promotes health and wellness by launching initiatives such as the “Feather Friends of SJSMCC” badminton club for ladies, providing an opportunity for recreation, fitness, and bonding. Father’s Day is celebrated with cultural programs, games, and shared meals that bring families together in a spirit of joy and appreciation.

During Onam celebrations, the Women’s Forum arranges traditional Pookalam and Thalapoli, adding vibrant cultural significance to the festivities. A Ladies’ Day Out is organized to encourage friendship, relaxation, and community building, while fundraising initiatives—such as the sale of home-made snacks—support parish activities.

The Forum actively participates in major parish celebrations, including the Grand Christmas Carol Finale, where they organize snack sales and collaborate with the Men’s Forum for Christmas tree gift distributions and raffle sales.

Through these diverse activities, the Women’s Forum has become a cornerstone of our parish’s social and cultural life, fostering connection, faith, wellness, and teamwork within the community.
